Domestic (USA) Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic US orders. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost. For domestic orders, our primary shipping carrier is USPS but may use UPS or FedEx periodically.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped and delivered duty free. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS internationally but we may use UPS, DHL or FedEx periodically. Should you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@shredsurfcompany.com for assistance. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Fulfillment
All standard and expedited orders are processed from our location in San Diego, CA within 48-72 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. Any orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Domestic orders are shipped via a variety carriers. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Returns
- Items with original tags and packaging that have not been used, washed, or damaged can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Return shipping to be paid for by returning customer.
- Items must be returned to SHRED within 30 days of purchase. A shipping label will be provided by SHRED for valid returns. Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.
- Manufacturer defect products will be replaced with the equivalent product upon return. Return and shipping fees will be covered by SHRED. Please email proof of defect within 7 days of product arrival.
- No refunds will be given on discounted items.
